Because many of our products are custom-made and/or handmade, slight variations in color, design, decoration, or appearance may occur. These variations do not qualify as defects.

• Discontinue products at any time
• Modify product pricing without notice

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing begins.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate
• Payment details are valid
• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

4. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders require customer approval before production when applicable.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
